What is the minimum order size?
+
There is no strict minimum order value. However, for sea freight to be cost-effective, we generally recommend orders that fill at least one LCL shipment (around 3โ5 CBM). For smaller quantities, we can consolidate your cargo with other shipments to reduce costs.
What does CIF pricing mean?
+
CIF stands for Cost, Insurance & Freight. It means the price we quote includes the product cost, cargo insurance, and sea freight to your destination port. You are responsible for import duties, local customs clearance, and inland transport from the port to your site.
What is your service fee?
+
Our service fee is 5โ10% of the product cost, depending on order complexity and volume. It is always itemized separately in your quote โ never bundled into the product price. This fee covers factory management, quality inspection coordination, documentation, and logistics management.
How does phased delivery work?
+
We coordinate shipments to match your construction phases. You tell us when each phase starts, and we schedule production and shipping so materials arrive just in time โ not too early (storage cost) and not too late (project delay). Each phase is treated as a separate shipment with its own QC inspection and documentation.
What happens if products arrive defective?
+
AQL 2.5 pre-shipment inspection on every batch with a full photo report before shipping. Defective items are removed before shipment. If issues arise after arrival, we work to resolve โ replacement or compensation based on documented evidence.
Can you source products not on your website?
+
Yes. Our website shows a sample of what we supply โ not everything. Send us your specs, CAD drawings, or reference photos and we will find the right factory. We source any building material category: HVAC, plumbing, insulation, curtain wall, roofing, and more.
Do you handle customs clearance in Vietnam?
+
We handle export customs from China and prepare all required documentation. For Vietnam import clearance, we work with established local freight partners at Cat Lai port (HCMC) who can handle the import process. We can connect you with our partners or assist your own customs broker with the paperwork.
How long from order to delivery?
+
Typically 30โ60 days from order confirmation to arrival at your port, depending on product type and destination. Standard items (tiles, doors, sanitary ware) usually take 15โ25 days production + 5โ15 days transit. Custom or large orders may take longer. We provide a confirmed timeline in your formal quote.
Yes. We can arrange physical samples for most product categories before you commit to a bulk order. Sample costs and shipping are typically charged at cost. Once you confirm the bulk order, sample costs are often offset against the order value. Contact us to request a sample kit.
